Riverbanks has four graduate satff, and seven other suitably qualified staff. We also have a knowledgeable school secretary who works two days a week. We work on a ratio of one qualified adult to four children. Staff turnover is very low ensuring continuity of education and care for the children. Staff regularly attend courses in various areas of the curriculum.

Shirley Hayman has an honours degree in Primary Education and French. Prior to Riverbanks, Shirley taught in state primary schools in London and Bedfordshire.
