RIVERBANKS
SPRINGTIME FESTIVAL
- New this year, Riverbanks has organised five days full of traditional
springtime activities and experiences for our pupils. To include
an Easter bonnet making competition, an Easter Parade, spring cleaning
and learning about the crucifixion of Jesus.
POTTERY PAINTING - During the
last week of the spring term we will be having our annual ceramics
painting workshops. The children are always delighted with their
works of art.
LIVING EGGS - Another annual
event at Riverbanks is the delivery of ten hen eggs in an
incubator. We hope that all ten will hatch this year just like
last spring.
MOVING ON - Our four-year-olds
have now found out which schools they will be going on to. We
have pupils moving on to Beechwood Park, Aldwickbury, St Albans High
School for Girls (Wheathampstead House), St Nicholas's, High Beeches,
Kimpton JMI and Crabtree JMI so far.
PLACES FOR TWO-YEAR -OLDS - If
you are looking for a nursery school place for September 2008, and your
child will be 2 years of age or older, please book now to come along to
see us.
HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED STAFF
- Did you know that we have an exceptionally low turnover of
staff? Our average is ten years of service. Four of our
staff are graduates.
EASTER HOLIDAY CLUB - Our
traditional holiday clubs have been a great success with our children
and their siblings. Please click here
